Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to support our

ghostwriting, publishing, and book marketing services. The role focuses on identifying

potential authors, entrepreneurs, and professionals, initiating conversations, and scheduling

meetings for our senior consultants. This is a client-facing coordination role that requires

excellent communication, research skills, and the ability to build initial trust with prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients such as authors, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders
• Initiate outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to present our services
• Screen and qualify leads, and coordinate meetings with senior consultants for in-depth discussions
• Maintain and update client data, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities using CRM and internal tools
• Support the senior team by preparing client briefs and conducting background research
• Monitor outreach efforts and provide weekly reports on scheduled meetings and progress
• Keep up to date with trends in publishing, ghostwriting, and author branding

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Publishing, or a related discipline
• Up to 2 years of experience in business development, client coordination, or lead generation roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple follow-ups simultaneously
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, Excel, and various outreach tools

Nice to Have:

● Prior experience in publishing, content services, or creative industries

● Experience in LinkedIn lead generation or client prospecting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
