Work Mode: Full-Time | On-site
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,50,000 (Fixed) + Unlimited Monthly Incentives

Role Overview: Business Development Executive (Academic Counselor)

As a Business Development Executive, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring learners. Your role is consultative — understanding career goals, offering expert guidance, and helping learners choose the right upskilling programs to advance their careers.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy talking to people, closing deals, and earning uncapped incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with 80–100 prospective learners daily via calls and video counseling
  • Understand learner profiles, career aspirations, and professional backgrounds
  • Provide personalized course recommendations using a consultative sales approach
  • Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments
  • Maintain accurate and updated lead data in the CRM system
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion strategies and learner experience

Who Should Apply?

  • Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in B2C sales, telesales, counseling, or EdTech
  • Individuals fluent in English & Hindi

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in sales or EdTech is a plus (not mandatory)
