About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who knows how to hustle, generate leads, and close opportunities. Your job is simple in theory but demanding in execution:

Bring in business. Consistently.

You’ll be using a mix of tools and platforms to identify prospects, reach out, and convert them into clients for our marketing agency.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Prospecting leads using Google Maps, Yellow Pages, and other directories

- Building and managing lead lists in Excel / Google Sheets

- Conducting high-volume outreach using dialers and CRM systems

- Cold calling, qualifying leads, and setting appointments

- Following up aggressively and consistently

- Working closely with the sales/closing team to convert leads

- Tracking performance and optimizing your outreach strategy
