Business Development Representative

About Sclouta Sclouta is a growing services and consulting firm helping businesses solve complex challenges and unlock new opportunities. We are looking for a driven Business Development Representative to own and grow our client pipeline from the ground up.

The Role This is a high-ownership, end-to-end sales role. You will be the face of Sclouta's sales effort. From the very first outreach to getting a prospect through our office door for a meeting, this is yours to own. You will find the right businesses, build relationships, and convince decision-makers to sit down with us.

Key Performance Indicators

Outreach Activity: 40 to 50 meaningful touchpoints per day across cold calls (20-25), emails (15-20), and LinkedIn (5-10). All activity must be logged in the CRM same day and every lead followed up within 48 hours.

Meetings Booked: A minimum of 10 confirmed in-office client meetings per month. On-target performance is 12 to 15. A meeting only counts when it is confirmed, calendared, and the prospect is briefed. Show-up rate of 80% or above is expected.

Pipeline Value: A healthy pipeline maintained at 3x the monthly revenue target. All leads must be qualified on budget, authority, and need. Any lead with no contact for over 14 days is flagged. Pipeline is reviewed every Monday.

Revenue Contribution: Deals closed that were initiated through your outreach. Assessed quarterly. Commission is triggered on a signed contract or paid invoice. Specific targets will be shared and agreed at onboarding.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and research B2B clients that fit Sclouta's services
  • Reach out to decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Build rapport and communicate Sclouta's value clearly
  • Handle objections and nurture leads until they are ready to meet
  • Secure and confirm in-office client meetings
  • Prepare brief notes before each meeting
  • Keep the CRM up to date at all times
  • Refine your approach based on results

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work without close supervision
  • Resilient, organised, and consistent with follow-ups
