What is an Business Development Representative?

As an Business Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for professionals in the real estate and mortgage industries. Your mission is to introduce our proven tools—like personalized ad campaigns, branded mobile apps, and our self-learning, AI-powered CRM—and help potential clients understand how we can support their business growth.

Experience in sales or business development is a plus—but not required. If you’re dependable, curious, and ready to build a career, we want to hear from you.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High-speed, wired internet connection (40 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
• Personal computer with a webcam and 16GB of RAM or more
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace
• Familiarity with web-based tools (Google Chrome browser, CRMs, etc.)

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

• 2 years in business development or cold calling
• Remote work experience

• Compensation: $13–$20/hour (based on commission + bonuses)
