Business Development Representative

About the Role:
Polaris Technology is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of general experience who wants to learn and grow in sales. You’ll support our marketing and sales teams by managing inbound leads, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call, qualify, and schedule meetings for the team.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead follow-up.
  • Prepare simple sales activity and progress reports.
  • Support communication, documentation, and team coordination.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of general work experience (lead qualification or admin preferred).
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Suite).
  • Fluency in English is essential for this role, and Arabic speaking is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
