Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling and networking activities to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions tailored to their requirements in coordination with Technical staff.
- Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to strategize on business development initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM (Connectwise, Hubspot) system for tracking purposes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product offerings to effectively position our solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development in the area of IT managed services, Cybersecurity, and IT professional services.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to find and influence decision-makers effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with inside sales processes and techniques, including outbound calling strategies and networking.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
- Technical aptitude or experience in software sales is a plus but not mandatory.
