Duties
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts using CRM software tools such as Salesforce.

- Engage with prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach campaigns with overall branding and lead generation strategies.
- Support the sales team by preparing proposals, conducting negotiations, and closing deals that meet company objectives.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities within CRM systems to ensure accurate pipeline management.
- Assist in developing project management plans for client onboarding and account expansion initiatives.
- Foster strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, understanding client needs, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Connectwise or equivalent platforms for tracking leads and managing customer data.
- Strong understanding of business development strategies, including market research, strategic planning, and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate efforts across teams effectively.
- Familiarity with marketing concepts to support outreach campaigns and brand positioning efforts.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for growth opportunities.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
