Business Development Representative (Appointment Setter)

BOLT Enhanced Cleaning Solutions is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to help drive business growth by setting walkthrough appointments with local businesses.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident communicating with people, self-driven, and comfortable with both remote outreach and in-person networking. Potential to promote to an Account Manager position with a base salary.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads through strategic questioning, ensuring prospects meet the criteria for potential business opportunities
  • Conduct cold calls and email outreach to local businesses
  • Visit offices, apartment complexes, and commercial properties to introduce the company
  • Deliver marketing materials and build relationships with decision-makers
  • Schedule qualified walkthroughs for the sales team with decision-makers, ensuring smooth handoffs and clear communication of client needs
  • Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation efforts
  • Engage in active listening to understand client needs, demonstrating excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Support the sales process by providing relevant product or service information, emphasizing technical sales aspects when necessary
