As a Business Development Representative (BDR) , you’ll be the spark that ignites our growth. Your mission is simple but powerful: start smart conversations, build trust with decision-makers, and secure discovery meetings that create opportunities .

If you love connecting with people, asking the right questions, and turning first “hellos” into business opportunities – this role is for you.

• Own the first hello : reach out via email, LinkedIn, or phone and start meaningful conversations
• Book meetings : confidently secure discovery calls with decision-makers
• Research target accounts, identify key contacts, and personalize outreach
• Follow up on events, campaigns, and inbound leads to create new opportunities
• Support the Account Executive in proposals, pricing, and CRM updates
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and shaping tailored solutions
  

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Economics, or Engineering preferred)
• Experience in inside sales, cold outreach, or business development is a plus
• Fluent in Turkish & English
• Strong communicator with high social intelligence
• Resilient and proactive: you know how to handle objections and keep the conversation going
• Passion for technology, SaaS, and customer success
