About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative / Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone who is results-driven, detail-oriented, and has a proven ability to identify and convert leads through a variety of channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads through online research, cold outreach, and digital platforms
- Maintain and regularly update lead databases with accurate and relevant information
- Engage with prospects via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align and optimize lead generation strategies
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on lead generation performance and KPIs
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation or a related role
- Currently based in Dubai
- Fluent in English (fluency in Hindi is a strong advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Required Skills
- Data Entry & Management: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
- Web Research: Ability to conduct deep, effective online research to gather and validate lead data
- Communication & Outreach: Strong written and verbal skills for professional outreach and follow-up
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present clear, actionable insights
