Business Development Representative (Outbound)

We’re not looking for someone to “just make calls.” We’re looking for someone who wants to build a real career in sales.

At ProEthic Building Services, you’ll learn how to:

• Prospect and open doors with decision-makers
• Set high-quality appointments
• Build a pipeline that turns into real revenue

Top performers are promoted into closing roles within 6–12 months.

What You’ll Do

• Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to businesses
• Follow up with warm and cold leads from our database
• Set qualified appointments for our sales team
• Track activity and results daily
• Learn real-world B2B sales (not scripts all day—we coach you)

What We’re Looking For

• Competitive mindset (sports, sales, or similar background is a PLUS)
• Comfortable hearing “no” and moving on fast
• Strong communication and energy on the phone
• Coachable and wants to improve
• 0–3 years experience (entry-level welcome)

Compensation & Growth

• Base: $22.25/hr ($46,280/yr)
• Bonus/Commission: $10K–$20K+
• Clear path to Sales Rep (higher earnings)
