Business Development Representative (Outbound Sales)

The Mission
We are a US based company seeking a relentless "Hunter" to join our recruitment and marketing agency. We don’t need "order takers"; we need a Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives on the chase. Your sole focus is to identify high-intent opportunities, qualify them and pass the baton to our senior closers.

The Role: 100% Outbound Grit
You will be the tip of the spear. This is a high-volume, high-reward position where phone calls are the primary weapon.

The Daily Goal: 100+ outbound calls per day.

The Target: Identifying companies in need of high-intent recruitment and marketing solutions.

The Qualification: You must vet every prospect for Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline (BANT) before booking the demo.

The Handoff: Ensure a seamless transition to the closer, including detailed notes and recorded discovery data.

Compensation Structure: Built for Earners
We believe in rewarding the people who build our pipeline. This role offers uncapped commissions and a unique residual wealth-building model.

Phase 1 (Ramp-Up): $500 USD per month for the first 3 months + commissions.

Phase 2 (Pro Hunter): 100% Commission-based with massive upside potential.

The Payout Breakdown:
The "Show" Fee: $20 USD for every BANT-qualified prospect who shows up to the demo.

The "Win" Bonus: $100 USD for every lead you pass that becomes a signed customer.

The Lifetime Residual (The Wealth Builder):

• 10% of Gross Revenue for the first 6 months of the client’s life.
• 5% Monthly Residual for as long as the client stays with us.
• Example: If you bring in 10 clients paying $2,000/mo, you build a passive monthly income of $1,000–$2,000 on top of your booking fees.
