- Identifying new business opportunities through research, cold outreach, referrals, and events
- Connecting with potential clients to understand their needs and pitch suitable solutions
- Building strong relationships that lead to long-term partnerships
- Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product to align growth efforts
- Studying market trends and competitors to stay ahead and find gaps in the market
- Setting goals and tracking progress against key business metrics like lead conversion and pipeline growth
- Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to generate leads
- Develop customized pitches and presentations to convert prospects into customers
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree
- Experience in B2B, or a specific domain like Powertools, Construction Equipment's.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client engagements
