We are seeking several high-performance Business Development Representatives to introduce a dual-offering solution that combines AI-powered recruiting technology with live strategic enablement.

This is not just another SaaS sale.

You will represent a platform that automates up to 20 hours of role preparation per search and a live Train & Retain system that transforms recruiters into Strategic Talent Advisors.

For the right seller, this role offers substantial residual income and high contract value potential.

What You Will Sell

You will represent two complementary revenue streams:

  • The HireBoost AI Platform (subscription-based SaaS)
  • The Train & Retain Live Enablement System

This dual-offering model allows you to:

  • Enter accounts through technology
  • Expand revenue through enablement
  • Increase total contract value
  • Build larger residual income streams

Compensation Structure

100% Commission | 25% Revenue Share for the Life of the Account

  • No base salary
  • No earnings ceiling
  • 25% revenue share on all contracts as long as the client renews
  • Subscription model income that compounds monthly

High ACV Potential

Enterprise platform subscriptions combined with Train & Retain enablement engagements significantly increase total contract value and long-term residual income potential.

This is a portfolio-building opportunity.

Your Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting using provided lists and personal network
  • Identify hiring inefficiencies and strategic gaps within target organizations
  • Position both the AI platform and Train & Retain solution appropriately
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos
  • Partner with leadership to close and expand accounts

What You Need to Succeed

  • Hunter Mentality: You are resilient, proactive, and unafraid of rejection
  • SaaS Sales Experience: You understand recurring revenue models
  • HR or Recruiting Experience (Strong Plus): You understand hiring pain firsthand
  • Strategic Thinking: You can sell transformation, not just software
  • Self-Motivation: You thrive in a performance-based environment

Existing relationships with TA leaders, CHROs, HR Directors, CEOs, or Government Procurement Officers are a significant advantage.
