Business Development Representative — Social Media & Video Production
7P Productions is a Clearwater-based creative production and social commerce company helping businesses grow through social media management, content creation, video production, social commerce, live shopping, podcast production, and brand storytelling.
We work with consumer product companies, local and regional businesses, and growing brands that need stronger content, more consistent visibility, and a better way to connect with customers across social platforms.
We are looking for a relationship-driven Business Development Representative to help us build new client relationships and expand our retainer-based business.
Position Overview
7P Productions is looking for a relationship-driven Business Development Representative to help us expand our retainer-based client relationships with consumer brands, local businesses, and product-focused companies.
This is not a traditional cold-calling role.
We are looking for someone who can build real relationships with business owners, founders, marketing leaders, consumer brands, retailers, and local/regional companies. The right person will know how to identify opportunities, start meaningful conversations, understand business needs, and introduce 7P Productions in a professional and consultative way.
This role will begin as a contract or part-time position, with the potential to grow into a larger role as momentum develops.
At this stage, we are building a more consistent business development channel. We do not currently have a purchased lead list, so the right candidate must be comfortable sourcing prospects, building a quality pipeline, leveraging existing relationships, and helping us create new client opportunities within markets where 7P is already well-positioned.

The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with proven experience selling to businesses. This person should be self-motivated, organized, personable, professional, and comfortable building a pipeline from the ground up.

This role is designed for someone who wants meaningful upside and is motivated by performance.
Compensation includes a monthly contractor draw/stipend for the first 90 days, plus uncapped commission based on collected revenue from new client relationships.
Final compensation details will be discussed based on experience, network, role structure, and agreed-upon expectations.

This role is not a fit for someone who only wants a high base salary with no performance responsibility.
It is also not a fit for someone who only relies on aggressive cold calling, needs a fully built lead machine, is disorganized with follow-up, or wants to discount services just to close a deal.
7P Productions is relationship-based, consultative, and brand-focused. We are looking for someone who can represent the company with professionalism, personality, and credibility.
Pay: $1,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month
