Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on previous interactions and nurture relationships
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and client engagement
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored staffing solutions
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business partnerships
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving business development efforts
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Experience in B2B sales, particularly within the staffing or technology sectors
- Proficient in telemarketing techniques and inside sales strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software, especially Salesforce, for managing leads and customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proven ability in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction
- Knowledge of marketing principles related to lead generation and business development
- Ability to perform outbound calling efficiently while maintaining professionalism
