We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This role is essential in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and relationship building. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or technology sales. As a key player in our sales team, you will utilise CRM software and marketing strategies to identify and engage potential clients, fostering long-term business relationships.

About the Role
This is a flexible, part-time opportunity ideal for professionals with an existing network in the travel industry who are looking for a supplemental role. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting initial product demos, and qualifying prospects before handing them off to our core team for further engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage your network to identify and engage potential clients in your region
  • Conduct initial outreach and product demonstrations
  • Qualify leads and transition them to our internal sales team
  • Maintain timely communication and responsiveness to prospects
  • Represent Custom Travel Solutions professionally in your market
  • Actively track and record all prospect engagement in the CRM to drive accountability and pipeline momentum.

Requirements

  • Existing network and proven experience in travel, hospitality, or related sectors
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to dedicate 10–20 hours per week on a flexible schedule
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
