We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Resource & Recruitment Executive with specific experience in the UK recruitment market to join our growth team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind finding high-quality candidates and resources. You will engage with prospects via outbound cold strategies (calling and emailing), handle objections like a pro, and place candidates. - Outbound Prospecting: Conduct strategic cold calling and personalized cold emailing campaigns to potential candidates and clients in the UK market.
- UK Resource Sourcing: Headhunt, evaluate, and acquire top-tier talent and resources using UK job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Lead Qualification: Screen candidates, discover their professional strengths, and map them efficiently against business demands.
- Pipeline Management: Move prospects smoothly through the recruitment funnel from initial cold contact to successful onboarding/placement.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily talk-time metrics, email response rates, and monthly placement targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven sales, cold calling, or sourcing experience specifically in a UK Recruitment/BPO setup.
- Language Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a professional international accent.
- Recruitment Acumen: Strong expertise in handling UK job market dynamics, writing high-converting cold outreach emails, and phone screening.
- Resilience: A positive attitude with high rejection tolerance and a strong drive to close recruitment deals.
- Tools Knowledge: Hands-on experience with UK Job Boards (Reed, CV-Library, Indeed UK), LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS/CRM software.

- Pay: PKR 50,000.00 - PKR 80,000.00 per month + Incentives
- Office Timings: 12:30 PM to 09:30 PM (Perfect alignment with UK business hours)
