The Business Development Executive for Roofing Sheets will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing project execution within the roofing sheet segment. This role requires a deep understanding of roofing materials, market trends, and customer needs, along with strong project management and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities of the position:

Retail Sales:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, and fabricators.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure adequate product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competition, pricing, and customer feedback.
  • Assist dealers in promotional activities and marketing support.

Project Sales:

  • Identify and approach builders, architects, contractors, and project developers.
  • Generate and follow up on project leads.
  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for site visits and product demonstrations.
  • Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects in the region.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to the reporting manager.
  • Work closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Provide customer support and handle post-sales service issues.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and market developments.

Ideal Candidate:

· Experience Range: 3-5 years in Business development, sales, preferably in building materials, roofing sheets, aluminium products, or construction-related industries.

· Good communication skills in English and the local language (Gujarati).

· Market Experience: Expertise in Domestic market.
