Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Business Development & Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations and converting leads into long-term business relationships. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for building meaningful client connections within the marketing and creative industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify brands and businesses that align with our creative, marketing and digital expertise.
- Reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn and calls to initiate the first point of contact.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospective clients and the internal team for presentations and pitches.
- Assist in preparing and presenting proposals to convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead flow and conversions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in client acquisition, business development or sales (preferably in marketing, branding or digital agencies).
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of how marketing and creative agencies operate.
- Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously with attention to detail and follow-up discipline.

Pay: ₹25,260.41 - ₹40,038.69 per month
