Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

This role requires a hybrid hunter-farmer mentality: identifying new leads (BD) while closing deals (Sales).

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development (Prospecting & Outreach)

  • Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound lead generation (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking).
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline via CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and trade shows to generate brand awareness and leads.
  • Develop strategic partnerships that lead to referral or co-selling opportunities.

Sales Execution (Closing)

  • Run the full sales cycle from discovery call to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and proposal meetings (virtual or in-person).
  • Prepare and negotiate quotes, proposals, and pricing structures under approved guidelines.
  • Overcome objections and handle competitive takeaways.

Account Management (Post-Sale)

  • Transition closed accounts to Customer Success/Account Management teams.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and identify early upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collect market feedback (pricing, features, competitors) and relay to product/marketing teams.

Performance Metrics

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas (e.g., $XX,000 in new ARR or X new logos).
  • Maintain activity KPIs: X calls/day, X demos/week, X proposals/month.
  • Track pipeline accuracy and forecast reliability.

Qualifications & SkillsEssential (Must-Have)

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales and/or business development.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills.
  • Ability to understand technical/value-based selling (not just feature dumping).
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with rejection.

Desirable (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience selling into [specific vertical: e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, SaaS].
  • Familiarity with [specific sales methodology: e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger].
  • Existing network in [target market/region].
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Pay: QAR105,000.00 - QAR138,000.00 per year
