About The Company

The Company is a New Zealand–based firm led by Licensed Immigration Advisers, assisting clients with New Zealand migration, education, and work pathways. As part of our Middle East expansion, we are hiring a Dubai-based business development professional to drive client acquisition and market growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Business Development & Sales Executive to generate and qualify leads in Dubai, build relationships with educational institutions, and refer prospects to our Licensed Immigration Advisers in New Zealand. The role involves field visits, networking and client engagement, with strong support from the New Zealand team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions to promote the company’s New Zealand immigration and education services
  • Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, and events
  • Handle inbound and outbound enquiries and provide high-level information about services, processes, and fees
  • Pre-qualify prospects and pass them to the Licensed Advisers in New Zealand for assessment
  • Build and maintain referral networks with: Educational consultants and institutions, Recruitment agencies, HR departments, Community and business groups

· Organize and support seminars, webinars, and promotional events

· Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups

· Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets

· Represent the company professionally in the UAE market

Candidate Profile

  • 2+ years’ experience in business development, field sales, or lead generation preferably in relevant industry
  • Comfortable visiting schools, colleges and offices to promote services
  • Background in education consultancy, immigration services, overseas recruitment or service sales preferred
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and networking skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised
  • Based in Dubai
  • Experience in New Zealand, Australia, Canada, or UK education/migration services is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
