Role Overview
Moshneb Copper is seeking an experienced Business Development & Sales Executive with a proven background in the design, architecture, or luxury interiors industry. This role is responsible for expanding our presence across the UAE through strategic lead generation, client acquisition, partnership development, and relationship management with key decision-makers.
The ideal candidate has first-hand experience working with designers, architects, developers, or premium interior brands, and understands the dynamics of bespoke, design-led projects.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Generate 20–30 qualified leads daily from the design and construction ecosystem.
- Secure a minimum of 6 meetings per week with developers, architects, interior designers, design consultants, and contractors.
- Close at least 3 transactions per month.
- Identify and engage high-potential brands and clients aligned with Moshneb’s luxury positioning.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all leads, interactions, and follow-ups.
- Submit daily reports to the Director

2. Market Expansion
- Actively develop relationships across all Emirates.
- Expand Moshneb Copper’s presence within design studios, architectural firms, developers, and contracting companies.
- Represent the brand at industry events, site visits, and client meetings.

3. Partnership Development
- Establish a minimum of 20 new partnerships with architects, interior designers, and luxury developers during the probation period.
- Build long-term, referral-driven relationships within the design community.
- Position Moshneb as a preferred supplier for bespoke metal solutions.

4. Client Relationship Management
- Manage and nurture relationships with at least 20 existing high-end clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell lighting, accessories, furniture, and custom collections.
- Ensure a premium client experience aligned with the expectations of the luxury design market.

5. Product Knowledge & Design Understanding
- Achieve full knowledge of Moshneb’s complete product range within the first month.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of design intent, materials, finishes, and customization processes.
- Confidently present and pitch bespoke solutions to design professionals and developers.

6. Reporting & Communication
- Provide daily progress and activity reports covering leads, meetings, opportunities, and conversions.
- Share market intelligence, competitor insights, and client feedback with management.

7. Collaboration & Adaptability
- Work closely with design, production, and marketing teams to translate client briefs into viable solutions.
- Ensure smooth handover of customization requirements and project details.
- Maintain strong internal collaboration to support timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Mandatory experience in the design, architecture, interiors, or luxury construction industry
- Proven B2B sales or business development background
- Existing network of architects, interior designers, developers, or contractors is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of premium / bespoke products
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and target-driven
- UAE driving license preferred
