About the Company:

Razility Tradelon (SMC-Private) Limited is a Pakistan-based agri-trading company engaged in direct farm sourcing and domestic/export supply of potatoes, maize, and corn silage. Our operations are rooted in Kasur, Punjab, with access to owned and associated farmland, enabling consistent quality, volume reliability, and long-term supply capability.

We work with exporters, processors, feed mills, and bulk traders and are expanding our sales and buyer network across Pakistan and international markets.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive with experience in B2B commodity sales or agri-trading. This role focuses on buyer acquisition, follow-ups, negotiation, and deal closure for agricultural commodities.

This is a revenue-focused role with strong performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential buyers (exporters, processors, traders)
  • Handle incoming buyer inquiries and quotations
  • Perform regular follow-ups via WhatsApp, email, and calls
  • Negotiate pricing, volumes, and delivery terms
  • Convert inquiries into spot and recurring supply contracts
  • Maintain a structured buyer pipeline (Excel/CRM)
  • Coordinate internally on pricing approvals and availability
  • Collect market intelligence (prices, demand, competition)

Products You Will Sell

  • Potatoes (Lady Rosetta, Asterix, Mozika, Sante, Alvara, etc.)
  • Yellow Maize

Requirements:

Mandatory

  • 2–5 years experience in B2B sales, agri-trading, or commodity sales
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Experience dealing with exporters, traders, or processors
  • Comfortable with follow-ups and closing deals
  • Basic understanding of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, Ex-Warehouse)

Preferred

  • Existing buyer contacts
  • Experience in potato, maize, feed, or agri exports
  • Familiarity with TradeWheel, Alibaba, or B2B platforms
