Job Summary: As a Business Development Intern, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth. You will be responsible for generating leads, doing discovery calls and promoting our services to potential clients. As an intern you would reach out to prospective customers or partner companies, promoting the business online and creating client proposals and contracts.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients who could benefit from our range of services.
Sales and Promotion: Promote and sell our products to prospective clients, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our products' benefits and unique selling points.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Stay put with the industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's revenue growth and market expansion goals.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence, providing regular reports to the management team.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement in the region.
Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients.
Motivated and Result-Oriented: Highly motivated, self-driven, and target-oriented individual who consistently strives to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
End to end ownership : Must have the ability to complete tasks end to end without any supervision.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to analyse challenges and propose creative solutions to overcome them.
Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
