Who Is Our Ideal Candidate?

Vesta Care is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development / Sales Manager to support our Dubai operations.

We are looking for a seasoned B2B sales professional with a proven track record of success, particularly within industries such as facilities management, manpower services, equipment supply, or broader operational services.

This role reports directly to the Commercial Leaders across our business divisions and verticals.

Qualifications:

  • 10–15 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within facility services, workforce solutions, or capital goods
  • Strong commercial awareness, excellent negotiation capabilities, and a data-driven, analytical approach
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Fluency in English with outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • A successful track record of selling into sectors such as education, hospitality, healthcare, or government

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across strategic sectors including hospitals, education institutes, hospitality industry, and commercial real estate
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers in both public and private sector organizations
  • Manage and expand a high-value client portfolio using a consultative, solutions-based sales methodology
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored service proposals and contractual agreements
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments that influence procurement and sales strategies
