We are looking for a highly connected, entrepreneurial Business Development / Sales Manager to help expand EyeQue’s B2B business. This role is ideal for someone who understands healthcare and medical sales, knows how to open doors, and is excited by the opportunity to build a pipeline, secure meetings, and directly drive revenue growth.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on business development role for a self-starter who can take ownership of the sales process from strategy to close. The right candidate will first become deeply familiar with EyeQue’s offerings, value propositions, target markets, and relevant regulatory landscape, and then build and execute a lead generation and outreach strategy to secure meetings and close partnerships.
You should be comfortable creating structure where needed, developing a funnel, identifying the right decision-makers, initiating conversations, and advancing deals independently. This role requires both strong business development instincts and an understanding of the healthcare and regulatory environment in which EyeQue operates.

This position is a potential contract to hire with commission-based only at the outset and is best suited for a confident business development professional who believes in their ability to generate opportunities and close business. The commission structure is intended to provide meaningful upside for strong performance, with earning potential tied directly to results.
For the right candidate, this role is not intended to remain limited in scope. A successful person in this position may have the opportunity to grow into a larger, longer-term role within EyeQue, with expanded responsibility in business development, strategic partnerships, and commercial leadership.
