Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi for a Business Development / Sales Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales processes from lead generation to closing deals. Responsibilities also include creating and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The position is commission-based, providing an opportunity for significant earnings based on performance.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales Strategies, and Lead Generation skills
  • Experience in client relationship management and contract negotiation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work on-site in Karachi
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
