To support our growth, we are looking for a Business Development / Sales Manager with a strong focus on the DACH market.
Your Role
- Systematically research markets and identify potential companies in the DACH region
- Focus primarily on small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs)
- Establish direct, high-quality first contact with potential clients
- Conduct conversations in a consultative, dialogue-driven manner — not sales pressure
- Analyze whether caredsk’s services are a good fit for each company
- Structure, document, and follow up on leads and conversations
- Work closely with the CEO and project teams to share insights and feedback
Your Profile
- Experience in sales, business development, or consulting
- Ideally familiar with the DACH market or German-speaking business environments
- Very good German skills, both written and spoken
- Structured, disciplined, and able to work independently
- Not driven by “sell at all costs” thinking
- Strong listener with analytical thinking and curiosity
- Motivated by building long-term client relationships, not short-term deals
