Job Summary
Adler Security systems is looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales Manager
in Riyadh. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and sales of security and surveillance solutions in Saudi Arabia market.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in Riyadh.

Build relationships with distributors, system integrators, installers, consultants, and end users.

Promote and sell security and surveillance solutions.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on projects and tenders.

Achieve sales targets and support market growth.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

3+ years of experience in sales or business development in the
security, CCTV, surveillance, ELV, or low-current industry
.

Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabia market.

Good network with relevant clients, distributors, consultants, or integrators in Saudi Arabia.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Fluent in Arabic and English

Preferred

Experience with CCTV and IP cameras Systems, or integrated security solutions.
