We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development & Sales Representative to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
