Business Development & Sales Representative

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development & Sales Representative to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
