Business Development & Sales Specialist – HORECA (Coffee Division)

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development & Sales Specialist to join our growing coffee division, focusing on the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the HORECA segment
  • Drive sales of coffee products, equipment, and solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and key decision-makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Conduct coffee presentations, tastings, and product demonstrations
  • Work closely with operations and barista teams to ensure excellent client experience

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales/business development within the coffee or F&B industry
  • Knowledge of specialty coffee, beans, brewing methods, and coffee equipment is highly preferred
  • Existing network within HORECA is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused
