We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development & Sales Specialist to join our growing coffee division, focusing on the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the HORECA segment
- Drive sales of coffee products, equipment, and solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and key decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct coffee presentations, tastings, and product demonstrations
- Work closely with operations and barista teams to ensure excellent client experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales/business development within the coffee or F&B industry
- Knowledge of specialty coffee, beans, brewing methods, and coffee equipment is highly preferred
- Existing network within HORECA is a strong advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused
