Job Title: Business Development Manager (Boston)
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a PhD educated scientific background, who is looking to transition away from the bench and into a client facing, commercially focused role. No prior business development experience is required, full training, mentorship, and ongoing support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their research needs and introduce relevant scientific solutions.

Build strong, long term relationships through regular communication, follow ups, and exceptional customer service.

Present scientific capabilities and project opportunities confidently to researchers, industry partners, and internal teams.

Support the development of commercial strategies, lead generation activities, and market research.

Collaborate closely with scientific and operational teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.

Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and online forums to expand professional contacts.
What We’re Looking For

Strong in vivo experience using different mouse models

A scientific degree or lab based background, with a desire to move into a more outward-facing role.

Preferred degrees - Biology, Pharmacology, Immunology, Neuroscience, Cancer Biology, or other oncology related fields, or similar.

A proactive, curious mindset with a genuine interest in learning commercial skills.

Strong interpersonal abilities, confident speaking with people at all levels, both virtually and in person, with natural relationship building and networking abilities

Excellent presentation and communication skills.
