Business Development / Senior Sales Associate
Location: Surat, Gujarat (Travel across India as required)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development / Senior Sales Associate to strengthen our sales team and drive business growth across multiple verticals. The ideal candidate will manage the complete sales cycle and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and institutional buyers
Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality, and government/CSR segments
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product walkthroughs
Coordinate with design, engineering, and operations teams for accurate project scoping
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups across assigned territories
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in:
Construction
Real estate
Prefabrication
Building materials
Infrastructure
Graduate in any discipline
MBA in Marketing (preferred)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits
Language Requirements
English: Mandatory
Hindi: Mandatory
Gujarati / Marathi: Optional (added advantage)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
