Role Description:
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (female preferred) who is confident, communicative, and passionate about digital marketing and PR.
Your role will focus on connecting with clients, building partnerships, and promoting InventionDM’s services to entrepreneurs and business owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients (startups, entrepreneurs, small businesses).
- Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and WhatsApp marketing.
- Present InventionDM’s services — including digital marketing, PR publications, personal branding, and media exposure.
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and operations team for project delivery.
- Maintain reports of daily outreach, conversions, and follow-ups.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English + Hindi preferred).
- Knowledge of digital marketing, PR, or online branding is an advantage.
- Strong networking ability, especially on LinkedIn and social media.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and confident in client conversations.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply — training will be provided.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Media, or Public Relations (preferred).
- MBA / PG Diploma in Marketing or Digital Media will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from BBA, B.Com, BA (Mass Comm / Journalism) backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
Experience (Preferred but not mandatory):
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, client relations, or digital marketing sales.
- Prior experience with a digital marketing, media, or PR agency will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills are welcome.
