AlasilaCX is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support our growth in the workforce and staffing sector. The role is based in Riyadh, reporting to the Business Development Manager, and is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and delivering workforce solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new clients within the workforce and staffing industry.
• Understand client requirements and recommend tailored staffing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with clients and partners.
• Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to organizational growth.
• Stay informed about market trends, workforce practices, and labour regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, human resources, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the staffing/workforce industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Knowledge of workforce operations and Saudi labour regulations is an advantage.
• Self motivated, results driven, and capable of working independently.
