Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and contributing to the company’s growth within the real estate market. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead business expansion initiatives effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Develop market expansion strategies based on market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and present proposals, business offers, and commercial presentations to potential clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and internal teams to align business strategies and achieve growth objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, events, and networking platforms.
  • Provide regular reports on business development progress and performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi real estate market and developers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools.
