Business Development Specialist :

Role Summary:
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners to support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients and generate qualified leads.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality.
  • Provide regular reports on performance and pipelines.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the local market.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
