We’re Hiring: Business Development Specialist at FalakCart
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Full-Time | E-Commerce SaaS Platform
Are you a relationship-builder, deal-closer, and passionate about driving growth through partnerships and key accounts? Join FalakCart, one of the fastest-growing SaaS platforms in the e-commerce space.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships (payment gateways, shipping companies, tech partners, apps and integrations)
• Acquire and manage Key Accounts and high-value clients for the platform
• Present and demonstrate FalakCart’s solutions to potential partners and enterprise clients
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to build brand presence and establish strategic relationships
• Negotiate commercial terms, prepare agreements, and close partnership deals
• Build a strong sales pipeline, track performance, and maintain CRM records
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Merchant Success teams to ensure successful onboarding and partner activation
• Analyze market trends and competitors, and recommend new growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales (preferably within SaaS, e-commerce, or tech)
• Strong network within payments, logistics, tech, or the e-commerce ecosystem
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage the full partnership cycle: prospecting → closing → activation
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
• Fluency in Arabic with good command of English
Bonus Points:
• Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, FinTech, or logistics partnerships
• Experience managing Key Accounts or Enterprise-level clients
