Role Overview
ONFTECH AL ARABIA is seeking an Business Development Specialist to join our growing team in Riyadh. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, The Specialist will support lead generation, client communication, proposal preparation, and coordination with internal teams. Offering more responsibility while still receiving guidance from the senior BD leadership to building strong relationships with banks, fintechs, and strategic partners, and supporting the end-to-end business development lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the FinTech, banking, or enterprise technology sector in KSA.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi banking ecosystem, regulatory environment, and key stakeholders (SAMA, CMA, ZATCA, etc.).
• Proven track record in enterprise sales cycles and closing B2B deals, preferably with banks or financial institutions.
• Experience in responding to RFPs/RFQs, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of financial systems, digital banking, regulatory technology, or enterprise software solutions.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel within and outside the Kingdom as per business needs.
• Candidate must be Saudi National.
