Business Development Specialist

The Business Development Specialist supports the preparation of technical proposals, analyzes tender documents, and manages submission processes for potential clients. The role requires strong coordination skills, professional document preparation, and adherence to submission deadlines.

• Review and analyze tender documents, terms of reference, and requests for technical proposals.
• Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and commercial offers tailored to client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs and finalize submission packages.
• Conduct research to support and strengthen proposal content.
• Document new client requirements and develop technical proposals accordingly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business development and technical proposal preparation within the consulting sector.
• Strong skills in document preparation, organization, and time management.
• Ability to design and structure technical proposals clearly and professionally.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

يقوم أخصائي تطوير الأعمال بدعم إعداد العروض الفنية، تحليل كراسات الشروط، وإدارة عمليات التقديم للعملاء المحتملين. يتطلب الدور قدرة قوية على التنسيق، وإعداد الملفات بشكل احترافي، والالتزام بمواعيد التقديم.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• مراجعة وتحليل كراسات الشروط والأحكام وطلبات تقديم العروض الفنية
• إعداد العروض الفنية والعروض التقديمية والعروض التجارية المبنية على احتياجات العملاء.
• التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية لجمع المدخلات وتجهيز ملفات التقديم.
• إجراء الأبحاث لدعم محتوى العروض الفنية.
• توثيق احتياجات العملاء الجدد وبناء العروض الفنية بما يتناسب مع متطلباتهم

المؤهلات والمتطلبات

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
• خبرة 2–4 سنوات في تطوير الأعمال وإعداد العروض الفنية، ضمن القطاع الاستشاري.
• المهارة في كتابة وتجهيز الملفات وتنظيم الوقت.
• المهارة في تصميم العروض الفنية بشكل واضح ومنظم
• القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط وتعدد المهام.
