The Kreller Companies were founded in 1988 by a former D&B national account manager who envisioned a straightforward, cost-effective way to conduct business investigations and share results with clients.

Kreller Consulting provides consultative assessments to help companies identify and implement cost-saving strategies with their current third-party information vendors. Consultants work with procurement representatives to analyze the scope of services and overhead associated with each provider. Our team will then isolate unnecessary expenditures as well as make recommendations to improve the speed and accuracy of information delivered. Candidate Qualifications

Kreller is seeking high-energy, coachable, professional team players seeking an opportunity to contribute and grow with our world-class new business sales team. This role’s primary function will be to identify, engage C Level executives in all size of companies across multiple markets telephonically.

We are looking for new business prospecting specialists with an entrepreneurial mindset and drive to earn. Understanding how to navigate complex company organizational structures to identify and contact decision-makers is a major benefit. You will receive a base salary plus a performance-based uncapped commission plan. This position provides a professional growth opportunity for those who take advantage of the opportunity we are providing. This position is a critical part of our team selling process.

Candidates must be comfortable calling into companies of all sizes across multiple industries. Must be eager to learn quickly, sustain high energy levels and a positive mentality. Candidates must be able to assertively communicate with C-level executives with professional candor and confidence.

As a Business Development Representative your key roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting a high volume of outbound telephone calls to prospective customers to identify decision-makers and opportunities to schedule meetings for sales executives, working campaigns consisting of pre-qualified calls or cold calls and securing appointments for our sales reps.
  • Researching, contacting prospects and qualifying new business opportunities following approved sales management guidelines.
  • Updating client and prospect information in our CRM systems
  • Building profiles of prospective clients using publicly available information.
  • Managing sensitive customer and prospect information.
  • Performing outbound calls to C-Level executives generated from targeted outbound electronic prospecting programs.
  • Tracking, qualifying, and routing leads sent from all sources including but not limited to direct mail campaigns, outbound calling, marketing, new sales group, special events, trade shows, and company websites.
  • Meeting all sales and performance objectives, including daily phone time, dials per day, etc.

Qualifications:

· HIGH ENERGY, COACHABLE, COMPETITIVE, TEAM PLAYER

  • Previous experience in Business to Business sales (ranging from entry level to experienced)
  • Successful track record of new business prospecting and new business sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to meet multiple sales metrics
  • Must possess a hunter mentality
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Compensation: Base Salary + Bonuses + Uncapped Commissions

Experience:

  • B2b sales: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Sales: 5 years (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's preferred but not required if candidate has relevant sales experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $139,000.00 per year
