Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Business Development Specialist. Responsibilities include identifying and creating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, managing sales pipelines, and preparing relevant presentations or proposals. The Specialist will also conduct market analysis, collaborate closely with internal teams to align on business goals, and strategize for growth and expansion.

Qualifications
  • Strong business development, relationship management, and networking skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis, lead generation, and sales strategy
  • Expertise in communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and create detailed reports or sales projections
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven work experience in a relevant role, preferably in the real estate or technology industry
  • Results-driven mindset, with excellent organizational and collaborative abilities
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
