Objective

'We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Bring in leads and pursue new projects.
  • Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) professionally and creatively.
  • Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular on-call meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
  • Develop marketing campaigns to support the Sales Strategy. Generate new business and raise awareness of other company products.
  • Apply company-wide project management standards in preparing bids and contracts, responding to customer needs, and managing the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign-off.
  • To achieve monthly sales targets as per plan.
  • Manage a team and teach new personnel to help them flourish.
  • Communication with International Clients via Call/Chat/Email.

Requirements

Education: Master's from a reputed University.

Experience:

  • 3 to 4 Years in the IT or Digital Services industry
  • 2 to 3 Years of sales on Freelance Platforms* (Upwork, Guru, Freelancer.com)
  • Knowledge of Digital Services (Website, Graphics, SEO, Content Writing)
