Role Summary

Purple Squirrel Consulting Services is looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive client acquisition and relationship building for our recruitment and talent advisory services. This role focuses on opening doors, starting meaningful conversations, and converting opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and initiate outreach through calls, LinkedIn, emails, and referrals
  • Engage with founders, HR heads, and business leaders to understand hiring needs
  • Pitch Purple Squirrel’s recruitment solutions in a clear, consultative manner
  • Schedule meetings and support closure of new mandates
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team for smooth client handover

Ideal Candidate

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Exposure to recruitment, HR services, or consulting or Saas sales is preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident, persistent, and comfortable with outreach and follow-ups
  • Self-driven with a structured approach to sales

Note

This is a hybrid role and would require the incumbent to work once or twice from office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
