Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to support market development and project acquisition in Saudi Arabia.

The role focuses on identifying project opportunities, supporting tender preparation, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with joint venture partners for building and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and track construction and infrastructure project opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
• Support preparation of prequalification documents, RFQs, RFPs, and tender submissions.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.
• Coordinate with joint venture partners and subcontractors during the bidding process.
• Monitor market developments and report on project pipeline and opportunities.
• Support coordination between business development, engineering, and commercial teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or tendering within the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Experience supporting construction project bids or EPC tenders preferred.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus.
