We are a UK-registered digital agency operating out of Faisalabad, delivering end-to-end design, web development, and digital marketing services to clients across the globe. We work with startups, SMEs, and local businesses building digital presences that actually convert.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a hungry, self-driven Business Development Executive to join our Faisalabad office full-time. Your job is simple: bring in work. You will identify, approach, and close clients through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and direct outreach — building a consistent pipeline for the agency.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prospect and qualify leads across LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing/B2B platforms
• Write compelling proposals, cold messages, and pitch decks tailored to each client
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
• Maintain and grow a pipeline CRM with regular reporting to management
• Collaborate with the design and dev team to scope and price projects accurately
• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
• Research target industries and identify new channels for client acquisition

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–3 years of BD, sales, or client acquisition experience in a digital/IT agency
• Proven track record of closing clients on Upwork, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
• Excellent written English your proposals need to convert
• Strong understanding of web design, development, and digital marketing services
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality — you don't wait for leads to come to you
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Slack, or similar is a plus

Base salary

PKR 40,000 – 60,000 / month (Depending on Experience)

Commission

5% on every closed deal

Performance bonus

Quarterly targets with cash rewards
