We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager / Specialist to lead outbound B2B sales efforts in the US IT staffing market.

This role focuses on acquiring new clients, engaging hiring decision-makers (CTOs, Engineering Managers, Talent Leaders), and driving full-cycle sales for contract and permanent technology staffing solutions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-activity outbound environment and understands US hiring trends, staffing models, and tech ecosystem dynamics.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Outbound Sales & Lead Generation

  1. Execute high-volume outbound outreach: 
  2. Cold calls, emails, LinkedIn prospecting 
  3. Target: 
  4. SaaS companies, startups, enterprises, and tech firms 
  5. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects

Business Development (US Market)

  1. Identify companies actively hiring tech talent (job postings, funding, expansion signals)
  2. Engage decision-makers: 
  3. CTOs, Engineering Managers, Hiring Managers 
  4. Position IT staffing services as a solution to hiring challenges

Full-Cycle Sales Execution

  1. Manage the complete sales cycle: 
  2. Prospecting → Discovery → Presentation → Negotiation → Closure 
  3. Conduct discovery calls to understand hiring needs 
  4. Present tailored staffing solutions (contract / permanent) 
  5. Close new business and onboard clients

Client Relationship Management

  1. Build and maintain long-term client relationships 
  2. Ensure consistent follow-ups and engagement 
  3. Drive repeat business and account growth

Pipeline & KPI Management

  1. Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  2. Meet and exceed KPIs including: 
  3. Daily outbound activity 
  4. Weekly meetings booked 
  5. Client acquisition targets 
  6. Provide regular sales reporting and forecasts

Collaboration with Recruitment Team

  1. Work closely with recruiters to fulfill client requirements 
  2. Ensure fast turnaround and quality candidate delivery

 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / IT Staffing.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
  3. Experience selling IT staffing / recruitment services
  4. Strong outbound sales experience.
  5. Experience working with the US market.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  2. Strong objection-handling ability
  3. Understanding of IT roles:
  4. Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, AI/ML
  5. Ability to identify hiring signals and research companies
  6. CRM proficiency
