Business Development Specialist (Marketing and Sales)

Job Description

Aurora Home Health is looking for a “True Hunter” and an experienced account executive to join our team in the area of Business Development (Marketing and Sales). We pay a competitive base salary + commissions + bonuses + incentives + expense account + stipend + exceptional benefits and provide each representative with a clearly defined territory. You must provide the winning attitude, know how, the tenacity and the results. Spanish speaking is a plus.

Qualifications

At least two years of relevant experience in the Dallas area required.

Minimum of two years of previous Home Health, Hospice or medical sales experience is required.

Must have a college degree or at least two years of sales experience in Home Health, Hospice or medical sales.

Ability to develop and support referral source (physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, rehabs, etc.) relationships.

Must be comfortable with making cold calls and calling on a required number of accounts a day.

Ability to execute presentations to select medical professionals with knowledge, confidence and composure.

Highly professional in manner, speech and appearance.

Exceptional and consistent customer service skills.

Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.

Must have dependable car and insurance.

Responsibilities Include:

Represent Aurora Home Health in activities involving professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, public health agencies, etc.

Identify and generate referrals from medical referral sources.

Develop a MAP & geographic plan for territory.

Serve as a liaison between hospitals, physicians, etc. and our clinical team to ensure optimal patient care.
